Here at Anchor we want to help and encourage all care leavers to get into work, whether it be a head office based role or working in one of our care homes/ housing locations. We are passionate about providing opportunities to help you develop a successful career. You can browse and apply for all our vacancies in care, housing and central support across the country on our website.
Care leavers can arrange a one-to-one CV or interview skills workshop with members of our Recruitment/HR teams. This could be face to face in our Bradford or London offices, or virtually by Skype. You will also be provided a 'Hints and Tips' booklet to keep.
We can offer guaranteed telephone interviews with detailed feedback for entry-level, central support roles at our Bradford and London offices. You will also get a hints and tips leaflet for you to take away.
If you are successful in being offered a role we will also provide a named colleague to act as your mentor.
